The warm pack you put in kept it well until it arrived, later than we had imagined it would, and in horribly cold weather, so kudos to you. So far, it is doing fine. I would have appreciated instructions about watering (I looked on line) and whether it did or did not need transplanting (I transplanted it), but it seems happy. I've never had an orchid that needed to be watered every day before. I had hoped it would bloom in the next 5-6 months, but it is so tiny I can't imagine that it will.
