I couldn't asked for better service then Seattle Orchids. Young lady was very helpful and patient with my calls (yes a few calls) before I was able to make up my mind whether I should buy a rare orchids for my boss whose office is in New York. She helped me choose the right kind of Dracula that would be best for his office. She was even able at my request to wait a few weeks to ship it because I wanted it for his holiday gift. She also emailed me extra info after researching care instructions for me. Other companies should learn from the way Seattle Orchids treat their customers. Thank you for all your help.
