Bletilla striata 'Big Bob'– Bloom Time: Spring. Bletilla striata can be grown almost anywhere but does best in full sun to partial shade and in sandy soil with moderate moisture. Make large clumps within a few years with flowering spikes up to 3’ and as many as 10 flowers per spike. Best planted in the Spring. Hardiness Zone 5 – 10.

These suckers are very hardy. And have beautiful flowers when in bloom. Mine haven't bloomed yet, they're going too in a months time.
