The plant was in good condition but the pot had very broken out media and a lot of algae. I changed it in a new media and I am waiting for new roots/ leaves

My new Phal arrived in a crushed box. Of course, the plant was partially crushed, too. Thank you USPS. I contacted customer service at Seattle Orchid and they sent a replacement plant the next business day! I'm impressed. Above and beyond. Thanks guys!

I ordered this Orchid hoping that it will bloom and also looking for its fragrance I have other Phal. orchids so wanted one more too add in my collection so Im glad that the Seattle Orchid had it.

Thank You!  Just as advertised with healthy roots and in spike.  Hopefully I can get this to continue blooming out.  I've wanted one for a while and this was a price you can't beat! I'll be returning for sure.
