Shipper issues December 11, 2020 Reviewer: C. Branch from FORT WORTH, TX United States   This item was the victim of a exception/delay by the shipper. But Seattle Orchid was very responsive to my email about the delay.  Unfortunately the plant had cold damage and didn’t survive.  BUT on the flip side this was a great experience in how they handle issues when things go wrong.  So far communication as been frequent and very much on track for a successful resolution.
