great customer service April 22, 2017 Reviewer: Barbara guglielmo from Baton Rouge, LA United States   I had a little trouble ordering on line and needed to talk to a live person for help.  Whoever helped me was so helpful and straightened my problem right away. Please thank her. The success of the bloom is now in my hands! Couldn't ask for better September 19, 2016 Reviewer: Justin Nixon from Harbeson, DE United States   The orchid description on the website was exactly what I got. The website listed that there were some brown spots on the leaves due to the heat the orchid was exposed to in the greenhouses, so I knew what to expect when it arrived. The plant is healthy and doing great! A nice addition to my collection!  At first I thought the packaging that the orchid came in was a bit weird... but I guess there's no other way to do it- the leaves were not bent/broken or damaged in any way by this packaging so I guess I can't ask for much more. My password won't work. I tried many different way. Even try your way to the set but won't work. Therefore I am unable to order more, which I am very sad about. Zygopetalum Adelaide Meadows X June 12, 2016 Reviewer: Gregg Thompson from Rosemount, MN United States   The plant arrived in great condition and was much larger than I had anticipated. It already has the beginning of new growth on the side of the most recent pseudo bulb. I'm hoping it's the beginning of a flower spike but would be just as happy with a new growth. Very pleased.
