I’d seen reviews about these guys, saying the plants were horrible and customer service was nonexistent, so I was extremely hesitant to buy from them. I couldn’t pass up the opportunity when I saw they were the only way to get my hands on this particular variant of vanilla orchid, though. They waited until the weather was warmer to get this lovely guy to me alive, since I live in an area that’s frequently below freezing. I reached out about a question I had and they responded within a business day and were very kind and professional, despite what reviews elsewhere led me to believe. The plant itself was packed with a heat pack and secured so it wouldn’t move. It was a happy little green vine that has very obviously been cared for very well, with a very strong green root visible from the top of the moss. Very happy with this purchase and I’ll absolutely be coming back for more!
