My past experience with this species precludes keeping it in the cooler, downstairs part of my house. This is a relatively rare Bulbophyllum which is desirable (ie, not inexpensive) due to its unusual inflorescence. Thankfully due to Seattle Orchids' great packing, The plant arrived in good shape. I am currently keeping it with other high warmth/humidity - loving types (eg, episcias) in an old aquarium fitted with a small fan. It's currently getting a west exposure which is bright but not yet too intense here in the northeast USA. We'll see how it goes.
