WINTER PROTECTION GUARANTEE
Our Winter Protection Service covers the orchid plant/s only; buds and blooms are not guaranteed against shipping stress or cold. - Resolution: At our discretion, damaged plants will be resolved via store credit, reimbursement, or reshipment.
- Requirements: Customers must monitor tracking and retrieve packages immediately upon delivery. Delays in retrieval void this guarantee.
- Shipping: While we ship based on USPS estimates, we are not responsible for carrier delays. Claims involving USPS delays will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Winter Shipping & Heat Pack Policy
To ensure the safe arrival of your order, we monitor National Weather Service data daily and apply the following shipping protocols: - Temperature Requirements:
- 35°F – 50°F: A heat pack is required. Orders placed without one will be held until temperatures exceed 50°F.
- Below 35°F: We do not ship. Orders will be held until local highs reach at least 35°F (with a heat pack).
- Heat Pack Performance: One heat pack is sufficient per order and provides approximately 96 hours of warmth. It is normal for the pack to feel cool upon arrival if transit exceeds 3–4 days, as it is designed to protect the shipment during the primary stages of transit.
This insurance only costs $4.00 and includes: - Industrial 96 hr. Heat pack

To initiate a claim under this coverage, please submit photos of the cold-damaged plants to [email protected] for review. We appreciate your professionalism and courtesy when communicating with our support team as we work to resolve your issue. *Pending damage and condition, original plant may need to be shipped back prior to sending a replacement.
