I ordered this plant in early winter. True to advertising, the shipment was held until weather looked more favorable for shipping to Ohio. Unfortunately, a day or two of warm weather, meant the plants I ordered were shipped with the weather quickly changing to well below freezing. While I ordered a heat pack, the shipment was delayed for a week by the post office and I was sure the plants would be dead on arrival. I also spoke to staff about the delay, expressing my concerns. They were highly receptive and were very willing to work with me if the plants arrived dead. After a week in transit, the plants were packaged so well, that all 5 ordered were green coming out of the boxes and are still alive and well. I will definitely purchase from Seattle Orchid again. Thanks for being so pleasant and assuring the plants survival!
