Pretty little plant January 26, 2019 Reviewer: Nancy S from Columbus, OH United States   I ordered this plant in early winter.  True to advertising, the shipment was held until weather looked more favorable for shipping to Ohio.  Unfortunately, a day or two of warm weather, meant the plants I ordered were shipped with the weather quickly changing to well below freezing.  While I ordered a heat pack, the shipment was delayed for a week by the post office and I was sure the plants would be dead on arrival.  I also spoke to staff about the delay, expressing my concerns.  They were highly receptive and were very willing to work with me if the plants arrived dead. After a week in transit,  the plants were packaged so well, that all 5 ordered were green coming out of the boxes and are still alive and well.  I will definitely purchase from Seattle Orchid again.  Thanks for being so pleasant and assuring the plants survival! Small healthy orchid October 19, 2018 Reviewer: Karen Bloom from Louisville, KY United States   I bought a Vanda coerulea from Seattle Orchid.com. It is a small but healthy looking orchid. The only two complaints I have are: There were no recommendations for watering and fertilizing, and I ordered on a Tuesday but it didn't get sent until the following Monday.
