Seattle Orchid has another happy Customer! November 14, 2015 Reviewer: Randy Rader from Denver, CO United States   I accidentally hit this option knowing full well I may not have been home when the post office delivered my package.  Seattle Orchid was kind enough to take the time to send me an inquiry email to see if I wanted to change that status.  I did and thanked them for their time. Post Office did not hold package for pick up. August 2, 2015 Reviewer: Brenda Shugars from Tucson, AZ United States   ***REPLY FROM SO;  THIS SERVICES DOES NOT HOLD THE PACKAGE AT THE POST OFFICE BUT PREVENTS THEM FROM BEING LEFT OUTSIDE.       I requested the package be kept at the post office for me to pick up. The mail delivery person took the package with him to deliver it but couldn't because our electronic gate was closed. So my plants rode all day without A/C in 103° heat. I did pick them up a day later and they all seem to be in good condition. Was this review helpful to you?
